Does this mean that Ron Jr. sued to get control of the company? I am unclear about what has happened as far as the change in ownership.

Am I somewhat confused, or maybe I misread the posts relating to the 3K loss? Please help. Was the guitar shipped to you and you returned it for some reason to fix a problem? Was the three thousand dollars a deposit for the guitar? I was shopping for a new guitar last year and the deposit amounts required ranged from $250. -$500.
