Shoot, Jim, I spent ten minutes typing it up and you beat me to it!
I do it this way, basically the same but with some chords spelled a little differently. I just figured it out by ear, but maybe Jim has is straight from the source. Either way works. The "kicks" you can figure out for yourself...

That solo (or whatever you call that part right after the head) -- I assume that's what EW referred to as the 'lead line' is really reminiscent of Bird/Miles to me. Emmons always does his homework.
I don't often sit down and dissect/transcribe a solo -- but I couldn't fake my way through that one so I bit the bullet.
Bill Purcell kicks butt on that one too -- but then he was always my favorite Nashville pianist.
All-in-all, WORLD CLASS JAZZ TUNE from a steel guitarist. (Yea, Buddy)
