Also, Jeff Newman has the complete song in his Woodshed Workshop series. I believe it includes intro, backup, instumental, turnaround, and ending.

Jeff Newman's version is marvellous, it also includes some comment about the song which helps understand it better. I play it for practice every day. It includes a back up and an instrumental version.
