I have hesitated posting this because I didn't think it was anything fantastic but an e-mail I got today tells of a couple chime songs Bobby Garrett was working on just before he died. One of them was " really good." But he died without having a chance to record them or write them down. What a loss.........

These are three positions I now use on this rock classic. I used to always play other then country on my B6th neck for whatever reasons but one night I got caught off guard and I was on E9th (Ext 12 string) I didn't catch the name of the song but I recognized it and found the first position quite by accident. Em using the RKL ( S ) split lever with chimes at the 12th fret. Next came DM again at the 12th with chimes and finally after a bit of a struggle between 1/2A or full A pedal with LKV ( V ). Em; DM; Am for the intro background fills all in chimes.
