Does the Peterson tuner app on Android have Pedal Steel Guitar sweeteners?

Thanks.

Nope. I was talking to Sue at Peterson some time ago, and she said something like it wouldn't work with Android because of some latency (I think) issues with the OS.

A similar issue with phone apps like tuners, sound pressure level meters, etc in Android vs. Apple is that Android hardware and software can vary a lot from brand to brand. Apple phones of a particular model, however, all use identical hardware and software, so it's convenient for developers like Peterson to adjust and calibrate their app once for iOS, rather for than many times for many different Android phone versions.

Looks like they have a new version. I'll have to check it out. It isn't listed in my play store though.

Looks like only 4 sweetened tunings are in it. Guitar, acoustic, 12 string, and bass. It says no to user presets. I wonder if others sweetners will be available for it in the future. Maybe I'll call them.
