Volume pedal before or after reverb pedal?
What do you guys prefer,,, volume pedal before or after reverb pedal? If volume pedal before,, does the dynamics damper the feed to reverb? If you go straight to reverb,, will dynamics hit the pedal to get the effect "better"?
Thanks!
Scott
Thanks!

I agree with Dave. I do run my NU-X Atlantic delay/reverb pedal in my effects loop in my amps, but would run reverb and delay after the volume pedal if I wasn't using an effects loop.

I love the Atlantic. If you have a trs cable the breaks out into 2 ts plugs, you can insert the trs plug into the INPUT on the pedal and insert the 2 ts plugs into the in and out jacks of the effects loop. It works great.Scott Rogers wrote:Thanks guys
It's how I've setup my rig, but just wondering.
Richard (or others) - so you like the nux Atlantic? I've been really thinking about getting that one on the board.
Thanks again

Any effect with tails (reverb, delay, etc) needs to be after the volume pedal.
Rejoice in the Lord, O ye righteous; praise is meet for the upright. Give praise to the Lord with the harp, chant unto Him with the ten-stringed psaltery. Sing unto Him a new song, chant well unto Him with jubilation. For the word of the Lord is true, and all His works are in faithfulness. The Lord loveth mercy and judgement; the earth is full of the mercy of the Lord.
