Howdy. Just messing around with this tuning today and digging it. Just not sure what you’d call it - high to low:

F# D B G E C# A E

Would it just be A13?

Yes, I would call it an A13th. Very interesting tuning right?
The presence of the 11th in the tuning is what makes it different from typical 13th tunings.
Historically, this tuning is in G (your top 7 strings down a step):
E C A F D B G

I have been enjoying this tuning a lot recently, you could try the tabs I posted here with your top 6 strings:

Really interesting tuning. I play a lot in B11, so there’s familiarity in the chord positions (as long as I transpose. Gotta remember to transpose).
