Backtrack Playing Help

I need to put my steel backtracks on an older IPad and run the songs from the iPad into my guitar amp.
I'm wondering if anyone has a preferred player (other than the built-in Apple Music player) that they use for this adventure? I "think"
I can get the songs onto the iPad using iTunes.

Also, if necessary I do have a couple old Android tablets around I could use for all this. Looking for any suggestions of which tablet and software to use.

For what it's worth, I also have several multi-track mp3 backtracks that I could actually "Mix" if I found the right playback program.

I know lots of you guys and gals run backtracks so looking for your advice.

Audacity is a free audio editor that works on Linux, Macintosh and Windows operating systems. Audacity can import multi-track MP3s. https://www.audacityteam.org/

I don’t think you can beat Anytune for playing tracks, it is available in the App Store and if I remember correctly there is a free and a paid version, but could be wrong on that. It syncs with the songs in ITunes and you can slow down, loop and change keys. I use it every single day.

Where are the SOURCE MP3 Files located now ? Itunes is perhaps the easiest and its also free, but you have to Upload the files to ITUNES. This makes them available to any device that can access ITUNES.

I use Google Drive. Put them in a folder and make the tracks available off line.
