Looking for instructions.

A while back there was a nice set of instructions I copied off the forum of how to tune a Emmons push pull pedal steel. I put them where I wouldn't lose them and now I can't find them. Would anyone remember where this artical might be. The 4th string E is being moved from both the c pedal and the E knee lever. I thought the instructions talked about this in detail. Thanks for your help in advance.
