I am going to start recording bits and uploading them. I have never used SoundCloud but that seems to be the hub of choice here on this forum. Is that correct? If so, are there features there that folks find particularly compelling compared to other sites?
The only other similar thing that I have experience with is iCompositions. 5 or 6 years ago when I was first trying to learn my way around GarageBand I recorded a metal thing that I ended up posting there at http://www.icompositions.com/music/song.php?sid=69266. The site was super simple, no difficulty putting music there.
Thanks for any input.

Soundcloud is a breeze to use!
Between the free Audacity recording software and soundcloud, you can't go wrong. I can't play and I can't sing, but I have fun messing around with all of it...

Been at this damn thing for a few years now. Not so sure that I'm getting anywhere but it is fun. Sometimes.
