what is? Quickest, Easiest way to get sound samples on forum

I would like to put a couple of sound samples up on the forum of a new instrument I've designed. Not to savey in the computer world as the most of you are.

#1 - make a recording of your new instrument.
#2 - post the recording of your new instrument on soundcloud. It's free and very easy.
#3 - post a link from that recording on soundcloud in a post here on the forum.
