I have used Samplitude for years and recorded a few hundred projects. I have decided to purchase Presonus Fire Studio and the Studio One Software. I have downloaded the DEMO of the software and like it's operation. But, when I drag a wav file out of my browser to a track, I get a blue screen. Is there something I am missing? This is a great feature of this software, but I can't get it to work.
So, I am still working with Samplitude, while trying to figure out this problem in my spare time...which is limited. Any suggestions helpful....maybe I have a setting wrong...

Reggie,
You should contact tech support. They doesn't sound normal. I'm using S1 and Firestudio Tube, Firestudio Moble, and HP-60 headphone amp. The Faderport is a neat thing to have to. I love my Presonus setup.
I think Studio One is going to be the new Pro Tools. I'm seeing a lot of Sunar, Logic, Cubase, PT, etc.... users leaving and going to S1. It does everything all in one package.
