Mixer To PC soundcard

Just recently purchased a Behringer Mixer Xenyx 1622FX and trying to get some ideas as to how to get the most connectivity that I can using Sonar 4 and Audigy Platinum 2ZS. My card has 2 Line Ins, Mic In, 3 Outs and a Digital Out. Any help or suggestions appreciated. Thanks Eddie
