Daniel has a new film out on DVD that "is a sonic journey to the source of the art in the recording studio"...

It is a wonderful piece of work--whether or not you are a Lanois fan, the glimpse into his studio world is very much worth seeing...

Amazon has it for 15 bucks--or from his website at www.redfloorrecords.com

living in LA, i had the pleasure of going to the premier which also featured a killing show with brian blade and some guests like billy bob thorton recreating his sling blade monologue
