Multitracking with Goldwave--possible?
I'm working on a project for my daughter, she's in Chicago, I'm in Minnesota. Is it possible to record layered tracks with the basic Goldwave to send to her? Just checking before I dive in myself on Saturday.
Mullen RP D10, Peavey NV112, Hilton volume. Hound Dog reso. Piles of other stuff.

Michael,
I've been using GW for years, and the quick answer for you is NO. You can't add tracks within GW.
However, GW offers MULTIQUENCE that will do just what your asking for, and more - another $50+.
I recently bought MQ, and I can tell you it's just a great dubbing tool for the money. Takes a while to get the hang of it. You're recording "on the fly".
The biggest issue, and is probably the reason it is so "cheap" [cost-wise] is that you have to pay attention to markers. ie - Lining up your tracks where you want them to come in exactly.
But I've been having a blast with MQ/GW and I'm still working on my syncopation.
I believe Goldwave will give you a free trial run with MQ.
