How can i bring a DvD clip via Windows Moviemaker on YouTube

I bring my Cd movieclip on CP via CyberLink PowerDVD,,,something like ,,VTS_01_1 when i click on it it is OK
then the first problem for make it not to long i like to use windows moviemaker ,,but it will not take it,,,
What can i do,,,,,

Change the extension on the file from .vob to .mpeg and you will probably be able to play it in windows. DVDs are encoded to regular old .mpeg files. Once Windows sees it as an .mpeg, you should be able to edit it with your .mpeg editor (if you have one).
