Could I have claimed this as provenance for my long ago BMI sale?

Instruments, mechanical issues, copedents, techniques, etc.

Could I have claimed this as provenance for my long ago BMI sale?

Post by Michael Lester »

:D :D

I believe this might be my claim to fame.

Many years ago I bought a BMI S10 from Bobbe Seymour. During our phone conversations I asked him to make sure I got a leg bag.

This came with the steel and it always amused me. I sold the guitar years ago - with this famous leg bag. Always wondered how Bobbe got it...

I'm positive the guitar was not one of Hal Rugg's.

Just ran across this old photo and it brought back a bunch of good memories.Image

Cool Michael. I have a set list in Hal's handwriting from one of his appearances on our local steel clubs years ago. It's just a sentimental connection to and remembrance of Hal.
