My heart is breaking for you. I can't stand the thought of losing my wife. We just celebrated our 49th anniversary in November.

My condolences, brother. Life can take some cruel turns. I hope that you can find some peace with time. Try and take comfort from the knowledge you had a good long life together.

Very sorry for your loss, Bruce. 59 years is one long, amazing journey, I’m sure.

Bruce, there is no words of comfort that will soften the loss of our spouse and life partner. I hope you are surrounded by family and friends and by all.means lean on them to catch your breadth. I have seen so many if our forum members suffer this fate and it breaks my heart to read those posts. I lost my wife in 2016 after 32 years together. Hold on to those precious memories knowing you shared your life with the woman you loved. My deepest sympathy and prayers from another Missouri resident. God bless you and your family.
