Who played on George Jones’ Wills tribute Steel Guitar Rag?

On 62’s George Jones Sings Bob Wills is Bob’s standard Steel Guitar Rag. I’ve asked Siri, I’ve checked the web, I looked through the wiki and discogs, and even found images of the cover and read the back—no personnel.

This predates Sonny Curtis if I have it right. Is it known or presumed who was steeling on that one?
