to me the best steel break is Buddy on Ray Price's Heartaches by the number. And the fiddles with it are perfect timing and intervention

Thought that was Jimmy Day , on the original 1959 recording . A classic for sure .

j. it probably was jimmy day; buddy came later and his version was more forceful.

The original 1959 recording was Jimmy Day.
