Hi
A Friend of mine told me about an old steel guitar his father used and gave it to me because he can't play it.
The Guitar is in a great condision an only need new strings.
The Make is totally unknown to me. I would be glad if anybody might be able to tell me a bit more about this guitar.
It must be a few years old so I gues the older boys in the business might be able to shead some light on this.
It is a Yellow label with Wizard written on the head. The word TAHITI is written vertcal to the name between the machine heads. It has a perspex freatboard with the freats numbererd in different colours of roman figures. The body it self is a type of goldish metalic colour. It has one bridge pickup(must be something like a soap pickup or a humbucker whith a white cover). The pickup and bridge are cover with perspex. There a two controls one above and one below the strings (I gues a volume and tone control). It has two braud light brown lines painted on the body above and below the strings and the socket is on the far side in line with the pickup.
This is about it. Maybe this guitar wasn't even released in the US or maybe somebody might know it.
Anyway, I would be glad to here from any person who knows where this guitar comes from. It sounds great.
Thanks in atvance.

I've never heard of any lap steel named "Tahiti". I'd love to see a picture of it; that would be the best way to at least guess at what it is.
