Seeking Extreme Noise Filtering Advice
I have an analog cassette that I'm digitizing that
has a continuous 'floor' of noise throughout.
I have digital wave-editing software with a variety
of EQ and Filtering plug-ins but no experience with
dealing with this type of problem.
Any advice for digitally achieving the
best compromise of lessening the noise
without greatly detracting from the speech?
Here's a sample of what I'm
trying to work with -> click
Thanks,
~Russ

I did this with "Audacity" which is a free download.
