Transpose Program???

Is there a program you can use to transpose a song into a different key with out re recording the whole song?

I think you can do it in ProTools.

Melodyne is the best program for changing key..
you can also use Soundforge using pitch change ..

Band in a box will also do it. Import MP3 then change the key, then render it back to an MP3.
